Cordina CSP Ltd. was set up in 2022 as the corporate arm of Joe Cordina & Associates to provide licenced corporate services. The board is composed of Non-Executive Director Mr Joe Cordina, one of Gozo’s leading audit practitioners, and his son and Executive Director Mr Anthony Cordina. Based in the capital of Gozo, Victoria, the Company offers company formation and registered office services to many business based in Gozo owned by entrepreneurs based both locally and abroad.

The provision of corporate services is a licensable activity in Malta. Cordina CSP Ltd. is licenced and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority to provide company formation and registered office services through a Class A licence.
Company Formation
New companies are typically formed through a corporate services provider. Cordina CSP Ltd. prepares and submits all necessary documentation for a new company, such as the Memorandum & Articles of Association, to the Malta Business Registry.
Registered Address
Every company in Malta is required to have an registered address in Malta or Gozo to receive official correspondences by mail. Cordina CSP Ltd. offers its business premises as a registered address to numerous companies, collecting and passing on all mail received to clients.
